I absolutely love Hotworx! It is the longest gym membership I've ever kept. I used to dread going to the gym, as I really don't like working out with others. My gym time is my ME time, an escape from work, kids, chores, etc. And, I've finally found my gym! There's nothing better than starting my day in a dark, hot sauna burning calories in half the time of a normal gym. I mostly go during unstaffed hours, but any interactions I've had with staff have been positive. It's always clean, the other members are kind and respectful, and I actually look forward to working out everyday!!
This gym has done wonders for both my body and mental health. From my pelvic floor to flexibility to strength—it’s been the first gym that I can’t wait to go to. Not to mention I lost 16 pounds in my first 6 weeks!
Hotworx is amazing!! It's finally a workout that I believe is Sustainable! I've tried other places Rumble boxing, Orange Theory (not bashing them, just not for me). I Love their Hot ISO and Barre classes. The Heat is just spectacular and I'm feeling so much stronger. Highly recommend 10/10!
