Just saw Chloe for the first time and she cut my hair wonderfully- EXACTLY how I wanted it which is saying a lot considering I rarely feel this way after haircuts. I even just had another stylist compliment my cut telling me “whoever cut your hair is incredible!” My long, course, thick hair is bouncy and flouncy again! Love it!!
