Exactly what I was looking for. Alyssa is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. I’ve never had great luck with big chain massage places, so I was hoping to find someone with deep tissue / sports massage experience and a very personalized approach - that’s exactly what she delivers and I highly recommend!

Aly is phenomenal. I have been going to her for years. She is always able to help me out, whether it's with my shoulders or my hip flexors, she works them out and gives me great at home stretches to do! I highly recommend her!
