I had been away for a month. My car was so dirty. I didn't have time to wash it so I went through the cobblestone car Wash. I live in Phoenix in the winter and belong to cobblestone full service. Car washes there and didn't realize when I by pulled in that this wasn't a full service one. However, it really did a pretty good job. I was impressed and the people who work there are awesome. The vacuums are so powerful
The service was lovely, the car was clean and the vacuums are free…but I wish somebody would explain why making your employees come out and run our cards for us when we could do it ourselves. The washes are pretty self explanatory and besides the fact that it’s dehumanizing af to the staff, is extremely inefficient. It’s a sales tactic that as a customer makes me extremely uncomfortable, as a woman makes me feel unsafe, and as a busy person makes me impatient. Also, expecting that level of service is gross behavior.
Paul from the Broomfield location was cheerful and kind on a hot day. We talked about EVs since I have an ev-6. He told me about the express membership and it was not in a pushy way, so much so that I am considering it. He was in general a good representative and I hope there are other employees there who are similar in their customer service skills.
