Bunn and Sons has a wonderful team to work with. They are honest and very communicative. Our project was completed on time and if ever a hiccup presented itself, they were quick to communicate with us and keep us in the loop. Also, the quality of their work is exceptional. They brought in subcontractors who were top professionals in their trade. Additionally, our neighbors told us repeatedly that they were so impressed by the crews who came in and out each day. Bunn and Sons Custom Builders did an incredible job transforming the basement at FRIENDS into beautiful, functional program space for our Friends. From start to finish, their team was professional, communicative, and truly invested in getting every detail right.
They took the time to understand our needs and delivered a space that is welcoming, safe, and perfectly suited for our programming. The impact of this renovation will be felt every single day by the individuals we serve.
We are so grateful for their partnership and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and a team you can trust.

We worked with Tom and his team to remove and replace an old sunroom with a larger, more modern living room with heating, air conditioning and a fireplace. The project was not straightforward by any means. The prior room was in poor condition and required its complete removal (including foundation), redesign, and reconstruction to match our existing house. In addition, as we started to peel back more layers of our older home, we found a number of additional improvements that were necessary to ensure we fixed everything right the first time (removal and replacement of our deck and replacement of an attached garage roof).
