Chris was absolutely amazing! He was first very communicative about when he was going to show up and was on time, he did a wonderful job on the carpet and couches to make them look brand new. He accidentally broke the pull out drawer of the couch and fixed it himself like it never happened, and I am very appreciative that he fixed it because most people would have just moved on and said it was part of the job but not Chris. I will be hiring him from now on, and you should do the same.
