When I started this process of looking for an HVAC company I wanted to deal with a local company with good reviews,Tonville fit that bill. Great communications throughout the process. They had to locate both pieces One was in Denver and then we found out the other one was 80 days out. With some persistent phone calls they were able to locate the other one down in Colorado Springs. Customer service is a big deal for me and they met that challenge. I would recommend these guys to anybody.
I cannot say enough about Tonville they were efficient,respectful of my property, explained to me what they were doing and why. They came highly recommended to me and I can understand why and I will highly recommend them to anyone else
We called last minute, Friday morning, after noticing our AC stopped blowing cold air (just in time for the over 100 degree weekend) and they were able to get us in same day. The gentleman that came had a full day but still made time to come help us out. He saved us from a very uncomfortable, hot weekend with a toddler and two long haired dogs. Pricing was fair and worth every penny!
