I have had really great experiences with various Target Optical locations and I like that they are a part of the Lens Crafters family and able to provide name brand frames. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that the discounts ONLY apply to complete pairs of glasses. I have multiple frames that I love and prefer to keep them but it can sometimes be more cost effective to buy a whole new pair. I chose to keep my frames regardless of the cost savings to help eliminate some waste but I really wish they would consider offering an incentive for not getting rid of old frames, too.
Dr. Suzanne is the best, I went in for just an eye exam for my license renewal to do it online since I hate going to the DMV, plus was curious about the state of my eyes. But, with that we found out that I needed perscription reading glasses, and when she tested which lenses, the clarity for small print was night and day, along with the relaxed feeling in my eyes which was game changing. So what was just a routine check, ended up helping me out big time in the long run. Would highly reccomend, it's not busy, can be seen quickly, and it's done in 30 minutes.
My experience was great. My eye exam went very well. I ordered contact lenses and they asked if I wanted them mailed to my house. I chose to have them mailed and received them in just 3 days. I was amazed how fast I got them!
