“I had Timothy and they were very kind and asked questions about my concerns. I had lower back pain and lower body pain in general, mostly in my lower back and heels.
Medium to light pressure on my lower back. Medium pressure on my glutes and medium to light pressure on my calves and foot. Very good at calves and glutes, gentle with heels and foot but definitely got into the knots where it counted.
End of the experience was very nice and they had good recommendations for stretches on foot pain and keeping awareness for my issues.
After getting home I noticed the heel pain went away some more and started doing some exercises as recommended.
