Very disappointed to be ghosted after a mistake was made in my amended tax return. No help, not even a return phone call. Their software missed a tabor tax issue. The CPA we hired found the issue in just a few minutes and fixed it for us. I do not recommend this place. I paid a premium price for substandard service.

I called to see if they can review my taxes that someone else did for me to see if there was something wrong with them, well she stated that, that is not their problem and they can't help me and hang up the phone she was really rude, I even ask how much did they charged for that I never ask for it to be free but for her to be rude and say that was not their problem, I really wanted to give them a chance even though they messed up my sister's taxes last year but o well.

The best out there. Have been going for 15 years + and they still do an AWESOME JOB... they are quick and great priced. highly recommend. For your Personal Taxes and your Business Taxes
