We got charged 660 to get into our house. Yes you read that right almost Seven hundred dollars. We just got back from my dad's funreal or I would have thought about it and called the company before we paid. I called afterwards and they said the locksmiths pick the price. I told him I felt like we were ripped off. How can a company not have standard pricing? So one person can charge 200 for the same job someone else charges almost 700 for? After the year we had this is the last thing we needed. I can't believe this happened. The company stands by 100% money back guarantee. Let's see how honest they are. I was trying to help out a local company. But that was a mistake.

I’d give a zero if I could. Don’t say your 24 hour service if you can’t provide that. Called and received a text saying no one could come until after 8am when online says emergencies will be taken care of within 30 minutes.Lady who answer was rude and said “Instead of arguing why don’t you call someone else.” Great service!!
