My heating system stopped working on a thursday night, and they came out the next day to diagnose the issue. They found a major leak, got the heat running again for the night, and explained clearly that the fix would only be temporary. i sent a text on saturday asking about the next available install date, and they quickly worked me into the schedule for monday.
