Extremely, long, stressful story short, we had money held in escrow from buying our house for our septic replacement. The septic installer, that we did not choose, was also named. They wanted to take out two mature maples, something that was not a part of the plan by the engineer. We had a very narrow area of our property for the leech field because of three setbacks (cistern, stream, and well). In order to save our maple trees, I obtained three other estimates and was able to get approval from the seller. This company was incredible both in service and reliability. I had an urgent need for my septic system to be repaired, and Xeke Grein excavating was able to finish it long before any other contractor, for less money than I expected, and he actually made the septic system better than it was by the builder.
