Ashley relieved something in my left shoulder that started hurting years ago when I was in the Marine Corps. It doesn’t hurt all the time so I just ignore it and power through when it does. I always assumed it had to be damaged somehow and would eventually need surgery. It has been particularly bad lately so I called Ashley and I can’t tell you how happy I am to see that I could get some relief with her work. I know I have more to do but she definitely fixed something meaningful.I would recommend anyone to go see her if you have something bothering you. Ashley is very skilled at her craft. Her office is very warm and welcoming. She is great with kids. Auggie warmed up to her right away and the session was very productive. Auggie was reacting positively to the rolfing in the moment it was amazing to see.

A few weekend ago I competed in a bjj tournament and Jared fixed me right up after a long day of competition. Super nice guy, fun talk and very knowledgeable in what he does! Highly recommend!
