The landscape design was created by Emma who integrated neighboring property landscape designs harmoniously into her proposal. The execution of the project by Milton, Luis and Jerry were flawlessly done. Always on time throughout the entire project and great communication skills from everyone confirms that this is a pro Company. I will certainly use Environmental Designs and specifically the crew that worked on my property in the future.
Overall, we are pleased with the final outcome of our patio project; however, our experience was significantly impacted by poor communication throughout the execution of the work. Communication became limited once the project began and continued to deteriorate as the project progressed.
Shortly after the patio was poured, several cracks appeared in the concrete within three days. When we raised this concern with the Operations Manager, we were disappointed by the response, which lacked both urgency and a willingness to address our concerns. I can't say enough positive things about the professionalism, creativity, and execution of the entire Environmental Designs team. From the initial design consultation to the final installation, the team was proactive, communicative, and relentlessly solutions-oriented. The results are outstanding today, and the best is yet to come. We can't wait to see the landscape next year as the newly installed plants come to life and fill in with even greater color, texture, and scale. An exceptional experience from start to finish.
