They've been to my house four times now -- for an evaluation and estimate (thank you, Jake), to replace aluminum stuff with copper stuff, and to install various light fixtures and dimmer switches (thank you Justin and apprentices). Bonnie is incredibly responsive and so helpful. She's also really funny -- we've had some great short chats when I've called to schedule or ask questions. Jake came by to evaluate and make recommendations the same day I called. He was patient and clear, and he clearly knew what he was talking about. Justin has done all the work that Jake recommended. He is just the loveliest, kindest, most considerate person. You know how it can be awkward to have guys working in your house for two whole days? Not at all awkward with Justin.
