From the very beginning, this company was professional, responsive, on time and completed the job to our satisfaction. On the day I requested an estimate, the owner was at our residence that same night! We were scheduled within two days at an unheard of rate!! The crew, who was led by Richard, was fantastic every step of the way. Answered questions when I had them, completed additional trimming when asked and cleaned up very well! They even took my neighbors branches at no additional cost! I will recommend them to everyone I know!
Sean and his team are responsive, great communicators, and hard working. Creative Tree and Stump responded to my estimate request the same day and completed the job within a few days. They did a great job removing broken tree limbs and trimming a tree that had become overgrown. I would definitely hire them again.
