The owner of this place is awesome. I was at the location today servicing his camera system and I watch him talk to an elderly lady today and apologized to her that the Auto Wash was under repair. He then asked her to pull into the self service bay and I watched him wash her car for her. The world needs more people like him. I Highly recommend this Car Wash.
It’s a lot better than other car wash I know, it’s definitely a great car wash with less stress. Gave 4 stars due to the vacuum, it’s not as powerful as it should be; not good enough to drag dirts/stuffs off the floor. Especially on the sides of both front seats). But beside that, it’s definitely a good place to take care of your car without being rushed or what so ever. Definitely do recommend
Great customer service. We had an issue with the car wash. We were instructed to pay for another wash after it didn't start up for us the first time, and great news, our card was credited two days later for the additional cost.
Word of advice: Don't drive in before the car in front of you is gone. The machine instructed us to enter, which caused the issue in the first place.
