Brian really is one of the few remaining in a dying breed! Respectful, courteous, very knowledgeable, and never once made me feel inept regarding my new to me and first ever travel trailer. Since I purchased my trailer used, and really not knowing anything, Brian was very kind in explaining things to me, as well as showing me how various things work. As well as doing a roof and body reseal on my Lance. He is skilled in his craft and proud of his workmanship. If you are in need of rv repairs, honestly, look no farther than BCnU RV!
