Was with my two kids in the mountains when some sort of an oil pump blew on our car. Without even asking these guys stopped what they were doing, came over, had immediately started fixing it, knowing that we had two days scheduled at a 10th Mountain division hut, and the local mechanic was already closed for the night.

Victor came into my home, let me explain what I knew to be the problem, listened, followed up explaining his plan and then executed the work needed. With careful consideration of my older home and showing me the condition of my pipes, he left me feeling good about the work accomplished and how to continue caring for my pipes moving forward.
