“Our boiler went out right before Christmas during a cold spell. Heatmeister provided us with an estimate that day and adjusted their full schedule to accommodate our system replacement including the water heater which was also leaking. The replacement boiler wasn't immediately available so space heaters were arranged throughout the house and Heatmeister stopped by many times unrequested to check on the situation until the boiler was available and replaced. The office provided daily updates and communication regarding work status, components and associated costs. We were thrilled with the excellent service and prompt communication, especially so immediately needed during the holidays!
