The Omnibus Group

We rented for one year from Omnibus at the Maple Creek location in Boulder. We were very hesitant to rent from a group and not a single private home owner, but we decided to give it a shot. We had a very nice experience overall - just make sure to always follow the rules of the lease and especially during the checkout and you will be fine. Here are some observations from our experience:1. To my surprise the 'group' was really just two people (the person in charge and their assistant). This made it very easy to get a hold of Omnibus for any concerns about the apartment. I usually received an email back within a day.2. This is my first time using this company and I was very leery after reading the reviews. However I have had great communication from them the entire lease. There were very few things we needed to discuss but, when I brought anything up they were resolved within days. I would recommend this company to any of my friends and family. I also would encourage others to use this company for any of your leasing needs. This day in age I feel everyone is expecting companies to provide the world to do business and really all I need is someone to call me back and get the job to the finish line. If you are looking for soneone like that give them a call and I promise you won't be disappointed.
