  • Origins Embodied Therapeutics offers the Rolf Method of Structural Integration (SI), a holistic therapy that addresses the entire body, including structure, movement, and emotional well-being. The focus is on enhancing body awareness to alleviate pain and improve movement patterns. The goal is to treat the root cause of issues rather than just the symptoms, helping clients return to their favorite activities. Led by Erin Solveig, who has been working with body-mind systems since 2008, the practice combines her expertise in Anthropological Nutrition, Mindfulness & Yoga, Athletics, and Trauma-informed Bodywork. Erin is recognized for her exceptional skills as a bodyworker and her deep understanding of the mind-body connection, which greatly enhances the therapeutic experience. Clients have praised Erin for her welcoming and comfortable office environment, as well as her friendly and personable demeanor. One client, who has endured chronic pain from a lifetime of injuries, noted the positive experience throughout the ten-session series. Erin's encouragement to stay engaged with healthy habits and posture contributed to the client's recovery. Another client, who suffered from over 20 years of lower back pain, shared how Erin's expertise transformed their ability to play and keep up with their children. Overall, Origins Embodied Therapeutics is highly recommended for those seeking relief from chronic pain, injury recovery, and improved body awareness through a compassionate and knowledgeable approach.

From Origins Embodied Therapeutics

The Rolf Method of Structural Integration (SI) is a holistic therapy that considers the whole body: structure, movement, nervous system, mental-emotional-physical experience. This work is about improving your body awareness to ease pain and movement patterns. My goal is to treat the root of the issue - not just the symptoms, getting you back to the activities you love most. SI can help with chronic pain, injury recovery, mobility, posture, balance, scar tissue, athletic performance, energy levels, breath, "embodiment" & body awareness. Erin Solveig, has been studying and working with the interconnected body-mind systems since 2008. I have experience in Anthropological Nutrition, Mindfulness & Yoga, Athletics, Trauma-informed Bodywork.
