There aren't many appliance repair companies in this area (Gilpin county, Idaho Springs, etc) and even if there were I'd still use Rich. He's always super busy but still somehow fits everyone in. Gets back to you surprisingly quick, always friendly as can be, has worked on every appliance out there so he knows how to deal with EVERYthing, and very reasonable.
