Dawn my massage therapist was absolutely wonderful. She truly cares for the individual she is massaging; making sure she knows how to help you best relax and feel better. With my job and life, I carry a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders and apparently my lower back. Dawn made me crack, pop and relax in ways that I didn't know was possible. I was on cloud 9 after the massage. Overall, I have had a few massages in my life but none as good as Dawn. Highly recommend and will be coming back to see her the next time I am in Blackhawk. Had a 50 min massage that was amazing ! The spa was relaxing and the staff was great. I left feeling very rejuvenated. Will definitely return.April was very professional and the therapist, Tom I think, was one of the best.

This review is for the actual treatment and then the facilities (minus one star) Treatment - facial - my girl Liz was TOP NOTCH. one of the best facials I have ever had. Had the hot rocks added and it was worth it. A little pricy for sure but the value was there. Facilities - I thought the sauna room would have more options like red light or salt room but overall pretty average. The dressing room was nice and had mostly all the amenities. No first responder discount which was disappointing. Also please put some chairs outside the doors so we have somewhere to sit if we arrive before 930am waiting for you to open.
