“TL/DR: Great price, great references, quick and tidy crew, and easy to work with as a female homeowner. Chris is the tree guy of choice on my street and for good reason. He recently removed a dying ash tree for me that was right next to my sunroom (lots of potential shattered glass) and leaning over my roof. Chris does maintenance cabling/trimming on a neighbor's huge bracket backyard cottonwood tree and removed two huge cottonwoods for my next door neighbor last year, so he was highly recommended. Pricing was also very manageable; of about 7 total quotes, Reinholt was among the less expensive group that was willing to remove the tree by climbing rather than with a crane. I delayed the job by about 6 months from the time I got the quotes and had some communication misses when I went to reinstate contact, but we cleared that up painlessly. Chris showed up with a crew of 4 guys. Within 90 minutes the tree was down and they'd cleaned up and moved on to the next job. Everyone was polite, mindful of the landscaping and they definitely left the area cleaner than they found it. They brought what looked like 3/4 or full inch-thick sheets of plywood to protect the windows and left no damage. As a female homeowner with no "man of the house" contractors can be challenging, but Chris is not one of those and I definitely recommend him.“

“Wilson showed up on time for my quote, he quickly assessed the situation with my apple tree. He gave a me a very fair price to remove it. He kept his word and came back later in the day and removed it and all the fallen apples. They were very easy to work with and easy on my budget. “So we had to watch this company take down a tree for a person who owns an arrogation ditch. All of the gentlemen who were there doing their duty were extremely kind and respectful, even though a lady across the ditch who was warned that the tree was coming out was standing there cussing them out and berating them. I could not see anyone more fit to take care of the job and do it in a very amazing customer oriented way. I feel horrible that they did not have better company out there for them though. The owners, Emille and Danielle are passionate about getting it right, and are personable and attentive to their customer's ideas and concerns. They're good listeners. As seasoned arborists, they have a deep knowledge of trees, as well as smaller plantings. Emille also has a talent and obsession for incorporating boulders and decorative stone into landscape that ultimately looks natural and unique. Size is no object as well. They built two rock walls on my property, and arranged over 70 tons of boulders into two natural-looking retaining walls across the front of my property. We're planning a waterfall and pond for my back patio area starting next Spring. Danielle makes sure that her billing is itemized and organized, so their customers know exactly where their money is going, and in this economy, that's always a good thing.
