Had Mark out to my house today to service the HVAC system and repair my whole house fan. I had several companies that would not work on our fan, turned out to be a simple fix with a new belt and she's up and running fine. Great job to Mark and the team at MGI!

MGI Mechanical has been so great for us over the years living in Fort Collins. Over time we’ve had them put in a new AC, an ERV (energy recovery ventilator - to bring fresh air in), and a tankless water heater. We also worked with the City of Fort Collins efficiency works program with MGI too for that work and got rebates. We pay for the annual maintenance plan and techs come out twice a year to service everything, and it’s super easy to schedule with their office manager Kim. I like their annual maintenance plan because we keep on top of maintaining our HVAC and water heater so it’ll last longer, and I also know we’d be a priority for MGI if say our AC went out... read full review

Gold standard to MGI and their team. A++ for communication, responsiveness and completion of project. The diagnosis and quick one-day turnaround to get the part required for our HVAC was beyond impressive. They were careful to provide a quote and later, after the project was completed, a significant reduction in the actual cost. The integrity in their process and honesty in their pricing made me a customer forever. Highly recommend MGI.
