Everyone associated with Custom Exteriors was great. Dealing with homeowners insurance was challenging to say the least but they handled everything for us. Shout out to John and Mike in particular for working diligently and always keeping me up on all the progress. The end result is great!! Mike and Chris gave us a very detailed quote and outline of our roof replacement. We had an 8,000 sq ft warehouse with a 20 year old metal roof in need of total replacement. These guys were great. I had to replace my roof after significant hail damage in May '23. They provided a quote, were very communicative throughout, and stuck to the initial pricing without any surprises. The whole job was done in a day plus a couple quick follow ups later. I was never in the dark and always felt like I understand the current status and what what next plus the target schedule. No major delays or issues. I'd happily call them again if I need to.
