Subj: Septic Tank Removal & Replacement
From the initial consultation to the end of installation, Charles was very professional.
After looking at the existing condition of the concrete Septic Tank he provided a written estimate for removal and installation of a new plastic tank. The estimate was based on him not finding anything out of the ordinary. He obtained all necessary permits and made the appointment for the Arapahoe County Inspector to come out. Charles was able to start promptly on a mutually agreed date. He removed the concrete tank, meticulously prepared the ground for installation and installed the new tank according to new county codes, which are months from going into effect.
The Arapahoe County Inspector approved the installation without any need for adjustments or modifications. The picture showing the white pipes is the point at which the inspector came out.
Charles was able to complete the installation in two days, one day ahead of the forecasted snow storm which would have delayed installation due to the muddy conditions that would have occurred. Which would have delayed being able to use the water.
Overall we are very happy with the installation of new septic tank.

This summer we got our first GSP from Quint Valley. Great experience and communication. At 5 months old Nelli is almost ready for her first hunt. She’s an amazing family dog and has a serious drive when hunting and training. Couldn’t be happier.
Personally, I think Dr. Stott should be cloned. I’ve been to a whole bunch of dentists - this is the ONLY one I would recommend. They’re not all the same. Friendly staff. Convenient hours. Fair prices. Actually , good prices. Clear explanations. Seemingly less pain. Cool atmosphere. And although we lost the fight, he did try to save a couple of my teeth. Hd saved one, but genetics was against us. As good as he is, and he is good, he can’t stop hereditary bone loss. :( Recommend without reservation.
Dr. Turner is Amazing!! She has taken the very best care of my boy. Staff are always friendly and accommodating, always ready and able to solve whatever situation my Drago has created ? I've never had any issues as far as treatment; Drago has been seen for everything from needing stitches and surgery on his head to a simple annual visit. Sometimes I think he gets into trouble just so we can go to this office. He really does love everybody here!❤️
I have awful dentist anxiety my whole life and finally scheduled an appointment. Dr. Esquivez was amazing! I cannot say enough incredible things about how well he handled my anxiety and truly walked me through it all, as well as always checking in to see how I was doing and feeling. A big thank you to Carmen the hygienist as well, she made me feel calm, confortable, and made everything a breeze!

Mary Lou is a shining star. I met her a year ago, her and Konnie would wash my hair because I had knee replacement surgery and didn't feel good for a very long time. I lost almost half my hair and the girls would try to do anything to make my hair look better, make me feel comfortable help me with the depression that I was suffering from. Today I was feeling so stressed. I went in to Mary Lou and she washed my hair cut my bangs and gave me her loving smile. When she was done I stood next to her and gave her a huge hug and told her I loved her.
I asked her if she ever looked at the reviews and she said no, she has such great reviews because she is such a wonderful person.
I hope her manager will show her where to look for these wonderful reviews and she also sees mine. She's a great person and you all would love her, she does a great job with my hair and my soul, praise to you Mary Lou.
