Payden is the best! He was totally booked but made the time to rescue a mountain bluebird that got stuck in my oven hood vent. The bird was carefully and safely extricated alive and flew away, thanks to him. It probably would not have survived another day. Payden also provided solutions to prevent this from occurring again, and took time to inspect everything to ensure no nest or other activity. Cyndy who answers the phones was so responsive, helpful, and compassionate in coordinating the rescue effort. Don't hesitate to call these professionals if you need help!
Payden and his team do top notch work. They came and did bird nettting to keep out swallows and also filled in all the possible places that bats were getting in and in the process helped us get rid of all their critters and their bugs. They have also been super helpful in dealing with traditional mice and other bug issues at our mountain property. Highly recommended!
Service person arrived on time and assessed the ant population. He injected 2 chemicals and informed me about their tab its, etc. Then he unscrewed the lattice work and deposited powder in the crawl space. Quite satisfied with his work. Skip D.
