We lost our boy Ragnar so quick, and they were there to handle his remains with dignity. 2 days later we got him back along with a paw impression. They were so respectful and made the moment a little easier to deal with.
She took very good care of our baby boy Bohegus she was super patient with us while we said our final goodbye. She did everything we asked for. With us being so upset and tired we accidentally misspelled his name and we didn’t realize until we got his box back but she went and made us a new box with the correct spelling and helped with getting him in his new urn. She is absolutely amazing she puts her heart and soul into what she does she makes sure your comfortable with everything and makes sure your apart of the whole process she gives updates.
