Master Rooter helped unfreeze our pipes and had us up and running as new residents of Forest Lakes. Howard and Roger were professional and we couldn't be more happy with the results and service. I can’t speak highly enough of these guys. During the heaviest winter we’ve experienced in over a decade, they showed up and worked in freezing conditions, hours after sunset to make sure water service was restored to our home. Had problem with hot water heater not getting hot water but lukewarm water!! Came out checked hot water heater and tech found it was on vacation mode! Also had tech clear out bath tub, which was slow drain and also asked tech to tighten faucet in bathroom!! He was very polite, helpful and did not charge an arm and leg for services!! Would highly recommend this company!!
