We visited Valley Emergency Pet Care after our 10-week old Goldendoodle puppy had a suddenly swollen eye the evening of July 4

My partner and I cannot express enough what a positive experience we had with Dr. Voss. She was exceptionally clear and kind working with our puppy and explaining the potential causes and next steps to care for him. She offered a follow-up exam anytime the next day once the swelling had gone down so she could see for sure the cause, too. I also just received the post-visit notes over email and they’re written better than notes I’ve seen for humans!

We can’t recommend these guys enough.

We had the difficult task of having to say good by to our dog. The staff made this easy and humane. They were incredibly sympathetic and supportive. Really unbelievable. Could not recommend more.

Dr. Dietrich was amazing at helping my dog out. She is very kind, supportive, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. I'm sad that we don't have emergency staffing in our area and I had to drive an hour for help. Thankfully, she was there to help and take care of my dogs emergency. She even called the next night to check on my dog and gave some great advice on pet insurance.
I appreciate her and her nurse for all they did.
