This was my first time at this clinic, and it will be my last, because they have a very ill-tempered receptionist (Young and Latina) She's so young, yet so bitter! To deal with so many people, they need someone friendly, not a grumpy person with a scowl on her face. She greets you as if she hates you. But this will be my last visit, because I have good health insurance and I don't have to put up with this kind of treatment.

Two of the best drs I ever had. After years of dealing with severe headaches and other issues Dr Adriene Fedde and Lisa Hicks were the only ones that truly listen to what I was experiencing and gave me great suggestions for treatments that really helped. When something didnt give me the relief I needed , they came out with new treatments without pushing for medicine that was not necessary. It is sad that all the patients with amazing results dont take the time to share their experience. Thank you Mountain Family for all you do.❤️

Made my appointment months ago, only to show up to hear they canceled my appointment and pushed me out another two months. I received multiple text messages for confirmations and check ins beforehand and still they blew me off. I walked out in frustration and anger. Sorry to the front desk attendant, it's not your fault that the organization you work for is total crap. I only booked this place because of insurance reasons. Would not recommend. Would give 0 stars if I could.
