JUL His & Her Salon, Basalt is a jewel! Locally owned and run, JUL provides exceptional care, professionalism with a friendly small town atmosphere. Having had my hair done up and down the valley for decades I can truly say they accommodate everyone: kids, teenagers, seniors, ladies and gentlemen! Thank you to JUL and the staff for providing consistent, quality hair care in the mid valley.
Booked online. When I arrived, the person with whom I booked didn’t show up to work so I was squeezed in between clients and it was very busy. It took over 3 hours for a single process and blow out because I had to wait between color, shampoo, blow dry, etc. Jennifer is a doll and it’s not her fault but it would have been nice if the salon called to tell me of the circumstances before my arrival. I would have planned my day differently and probably rebooked for a different day.
