Best gym I've ever worked out in. Views of Ajax and town. Every type of piece of equipment you can imagine. Never crowded. Even if you aren't a gym person it's worth checking out
Great staff, very clean. Nicest gym I’ve ever belonged to. Good equipment, nice locker room, open floor spaces, mat area. Well stocked with equipment and free weights, very diverse equipment.
When I was a member here I enjoyed my time at this gym. It has the nicest facilities in the valley for a typical gym, all new equipment etc. The size is modest, but similar to all other gyms in the valley.
