I came to Dr. Amy with a myriad of health issues. Sleep (or lack there of) was a major problem I had been dealing with for years. I was also dizzy and severely fatigued from a bout of COVID and complications from and autoimmune disease. After some testing we determined some foods I needed to avoid and began getting my gut back in shape. My dizziness and fatigue began to get better. Dr. Amy has been the first professional to help (and END!) my 20-year struggle with digestive and inflammation issues. If you want to take hundreds of dollars worth of supplements a month she is not the doctor for you. She focused on lifestyle changes, what and how I ate, overall life stress, mindfulness and much more. We used testing to substantiate her intuitive diagnoses and through thoughtful planning we worked together to create better overall health for me. I can't say enough good things about her and recommend her on a regular basis to anyone that is serious about wanting to heal!

I was 2 years postpartum when I reached out to Dr. Amy. This was after seeing a GP, who told me my blood work was normal and I was healthy. Yet, I didn’t feel healthy. I was unable to lose weight, fatigued, had major brain fog, and was not sleeping well; among other issues that were really keeping me from living a good life.
