We had the most wonderful experience with Cindy the owner! Called to see if they could accommodate a special request kids “spa day” and did she deliver? my little one turned 8 and for services we did a mani, facial, and haircut/style. I was so impressed how thoughtful Cindy was throughout the services. She was kind and tailored questions and conversation with my little one so well. My kiddo felt so special and pampered! I also want to add that Cindy was a one man band for these services due to having staff out and an impending snowstorm coming. I received a wonderful gel manicure from Madi. I haven't had one in years. I picked a green polish & she told me it was magnetic. So cool what she did with it. I love my nails. They look fabulous!
I visit Bailey, at least twice a year. My stays usually last 2 months each visit. I've been searching for a hair stylist here, and I've finally found Madison. Until I retired, I've had the same person for 30 years. Now that I travel from Florida to California I have my chosen salons.
It had been at least 8 months since my last haircut. Normally I like the "no fuss" wash and dry style. When I go past 8: weeks without attention, it gets in my eyes and is annoying.
Madison actually gave me a new style that I really like. I need to save a picture for my next appointment. It's an original.
