I don’t normally leave reviews for businesses, but after my experience this morning at Bailey Dental I couldn’t resist. Obviously no one enjoys going to the dentist, and I’m definitely not an exception, but I can’t tell you the last time I fell asleep during a root canal. You read that right. Dr. Smith and his assistant Jody were every bit as professional and talented as I hoped the individuals with sharp things in my mouth would be. That’s it. That’s the review. They’re amazing.
if you have anxiety or are afraid of going to the dentist, Bailey Dental is where you need to go. the entire staff are just absolutely amazing people and they will ensure every patient is taken care of including those of us with extreme anxiety. ❤️ they will go above and beyond to keep their patients relaxed and comfortable. i am so grateful for them for restoring my smile and helping me get all the work done in a way that wasn't super overwhelming for me. they have also taken great care of my kids & husband. 1000/10 👌
My husband and I love these folks. They have always got us in quickly in an emergency and are excellent about contacting us in a timely manner for routine cleanings/check ups. The front office staff without a doubt are the backbone to efficiently keeping this place running smoothly. Dr. Smith has curated a dream team who are all extremely knowledgeable and skilled in what they do. They are gentle, kind, fun, non judgemental and they listen and accommodate health issues that dental work may trigger. Dr. Smith has worked hard to create an affordable and experienced practice in our small community. He has donated to and supported all causes constantly giving back to the community he serves. Sue is the best hygienist I've ever had clean my teeth. Her years of knowledge and experience along with her humor and charm keep me relaxed. I look forward to sparkling white teeth and healthy gums! Ashley is extraordinaire in her field. She is fast, the best at fitting and prepping crowns and is a huge compliment to the office. I don't know the names to all staff but without reservation I would be happy for any of them to assist with any work I need. I had an accident that caused massive damage to my teeth and permanent nerve damage. One of the last procedures I required was a bridge that I had put off due to that specific area triggering a nerve flare. After having other work done here I decided to get it over with. Not only was it completely pain-free but also almost less than half the price quoted at my former dentist and the fit was perfect. It's amazing for the amount of work I've had done for people to compliment my smile and tell me they would never have guessed that I had anything done because it all looks natural which I attribute greatly to the bridge work by Dr. Smith. 10 out of 10 I'd recommend.
