Deja, the Vision Center at Walmart Store 01199 was amazing. I had a broken pair of sunglasses that she tried to help me with. Because she was so friendly and helpful, I'm going to order another pair of glasses and I plan to get her to help me. Sometimes, people don't care about helping, but Deja is the opposite. You can tell she's committed, loves her job, and want to give you a good experience. I never planned to buy from Walmart Vision Center, but Deja changed my min, and I plan to go back next week to get Deja to help me.Excellent experience with a great employee.Thank you, Deja! tia
I made the mistake of getting my exam elsewhere and overpaid but took it to Emiliano at Walmart a few weeks ago and I was very impressed with his level of competence and pleasant personality. This is not his first position in the optical field which makes him knowledgeable and he takes great pride in his work. I was equally impressed with their selection of glasses and sunglasses. Emiliano did such a great job helping me pick out the appropriate lenses and coatings for my needs and budget that I got two pair. I couldn't be happier with both my glasses and sunglasses.
I was traveling for the weekend and left my Contacts at home. Linda was PHENOMENAL and helped me get taken care of while on vacation. Her patience and attention to detail really demonstrated the care and dedication with which she works. Thank you Linda!!P.S. while waiting, I observed her coworker utilizing Google translate to communicate with an Italian customer, and help address her needs. Both Linda and Ralph went above and beyond!!
