Use Turbo Tax. Use Free tax USA. Use anyone else. Unless you own 3 homes and have numerous investments DO NOT pay extra money for the same services you can find online for, at least, half the price. Most people can do their taxes online within 1 hour. Here they charge $275 per hour and it will most likely take them LONGER than 1 hour.

The only thing VTA did was cost us money. Our tax situation was not easy, but all we did was pay massive sums of money and received zero guidance. The mistakes are too many to count; from sending mail to addresses over two years old, to drafting tax payments from closed bank accounts, and more recently forgetting to file forms with the IRS. They don’t pay attention! In the last tax year we received three surprise bills that were four times higher than the year before, and included services we didn’t ask for. When we questioned the charges and offered to negotiate a settlement, they threatened to put us in collections if we didn’t pay the full amounts. We have fired VTA and couldn’t be happier. I would not trust them with your business tax needs.
