This studio is bright, clean and class was very challenging but doable. Definitely a great activity to get out of the cold and get in a solid workout. Stephanie was welcoming and offered corrections as needed. Plenty of parking close by. Be sure to book a class well in advance if your schedule is limited as they do often fill up. Highly recommend this studio!

I love love love pilates and have had a hard time finding a great pilates center up here in the Vail Valley UNTIL I found Synergy. Synergy is an amazing reformer pilates center for all levels. They also offer other types of classes which I have not tried. I do recommend booking your classes well in advance because the classes fill up quickly.

Everything about Synergy is top notch! From a responsive professional owner who promptly returns calls, to the well laid out studio stocked with ample equipment and clean well functioning Pilates reformers, to the instructors who both challenge and help all the students. I loved my prior Pilates instructor/studio (in a different state) and still miss him, but Synergy is my new Pilates home! I cannot say enough good about Jennifer and her business!
