I dealt with Virginia Racht and she educated us on all the products, answered my questions. She was excellent and very professional at her job. Specialty Appliance had a lot of the brands we were looking at Sub-Zero and Thermidor Ranges. We purchased a dishwasher and fan for over the range. All in all they are great top flight and Virginia does a great job representing her company. Us them they are great!

Virginia was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products we were looking at. We really appreciated her insight when making our final decisions…not to mention her patience. Support after the purchase has been great as well. Our remodel had many delays and we had no problem rescheduling delivery. We did travel to the Denver showroom where they had pretty much everything on display before purchasing.
