Took 2 comforters in last week to be machine washed. I asked how much it would cost for both and she told me $40. That seemed like a lot, but the other cleaners were closed. When I picked them up, I was charged $80! It was the same young woman who helped me when I dropped them off (she never smiles) and I told her that she had quoted me a price of $40 and that I would never have left them if she'd told me $80 because we could have bought new ones for $39 on Amazon. She was no help, no smiles, not friendly, didn't care and just stood there. I told her I was going to dispute this with my credit card company. Will never use this cleaners again.

They do a good job, but like all of the places in the vail valley, expensive. Stunningly expensive. If you live nearby, it's fine, but don't make a special trip there. It's no better than any other overpriced cleaners. Also, do not ask your mens shirts to be folded. The sir charge to fold is more than the cost of laundry

DO NOT USE THEM!!! They ruined my chair covers and instead of saying "Hey we don't feel comfortable cleaning these, might be best for you just to take them back" they completely ruined them. The owner told me instead of actually dry cleaning them as requested they handwashed them, tore the covers in multiple places and then blamed me and told me that it was my fault since they were old. (They are not actually old, I am sorry commercial grade chair covers that are 4 years old are not old) The owner told me that he knew they were ruined, but always had an excuse as to why it wasn't his fault.
