For over twenty years Shaeffer Hyde has been managing our home - which they built twenty years ago - and maintained it to very high standards. In some cases the work is scheduled without our having to mention it, and in other cases it is in response to needs that develop from time to time. Schaeffer Hyde provided General Contracting services for the major renovation of our home in Vail Colorado. The project required the entire exterior of the home be re clad as well as the replacement of a standing seam metal roof with a copper roof. This included the installation of a 65' sliding glass door/window system which really opened the house up to Gore Creek. It was really a pleasure working with all of the Schaeffer Hyde employees who mad our vision come to a fruition. Thanks to David, Mitch, Jon, and Steve. To this day Schaeffer Hyde is providing concierge services to keep our house maintained and ready for the frequent visits that we have to Vail Valley.
