I feel so fortunate to have stumbled upon Mid Valley autobody. The manager Doug was so helpful. As a matter fact he took care of everything for me. My car was hit in a parking lot And for whatever reason I procrastinated and delayed calling insurance company for a long time. I was so panicked by the time I walked in to mid Valley auto body as I feared I had waited too long to put the claim in. Doug took care of everything. I never even talk to the insurance company. And what a great job they did! And so fast… I’ve never been comfortable hanging out at auto shops but this place has a calm feel and the clean his bathroom I’ve ever seen. Thanks Doug and everyone at Mid Valley autobody for Everything you do; And for doing it so thoroughly, quickly and efficiently. I just brought my car back to have a new back light installed. I trust without even checking the Doug found the least expensive way to replace. Without even a hesitation, he replaced the burnt out brake lights for a couple of bucks. I feel so well taken care of at Mid Valley autobody and that’s quite a relief or a girl like me. They take care of my car and that leaves me less stress and worry and time to take care of myself.
