I used this business, who actually operates as Meadow Mountain Plumbing and Heating, Fred's Plumbing & Heating, Service, or FPH Service Inc., to unclog a drain. This drain clogs about 2x/year, and I've had it snaked 1-2x per year for the last several years, from various plumbers in the area. After hours in Vail, that's usually between $500-$800.
I decided to use this business for a change, as their rates were lower for an after-hours weekend call ($600-$800). However, the plumber didn't have the right drain snake with them, so they came back the next day with the proper tooling.
They charged me over $1,700 for two days of work! The manager is also refusing...read full review
