DRS was fantastic. I was out of town when a leak popped up, and they responded quickly and handled everything right away. The team was calm, professional, and didn’t add any stress to an already stressful situation. They got the job done fast and efficiently, and I felt confident everything was taken care of. DRS helped us with a water event at our home due to a pipe leak inside a wall that caused damage to three floors. They handled everything from mitigating the damage and demo to negotiating with the insurance company to the renovation and repairs. They were incredibly responsive and it was nice to have a team in our corner to navigate the situation, work with our insurance adjuster, and manage all the subcontractors. Keira, Ryan, Jace, and the whole team were great to work with.
