I like the fact that you were able to send Jeff to fix my toilet just the next day after I e-mailed you. My water bill was high since my toilet kept running off and on. Jeff was very professional, polite and very Informed on how to fix my problem. He was very enthusiastic and was excited when he got the toilet to stop making a bubbling noise. He was very careful to clean up the area where he worked and to inform me what the charges would be.. I appreciated being called early this morning and that you waved the $79.99 service call, since my husband and I turn 87 years old next month in August. I am also happy that you can do water heaters, heating and cooling. I got your name off of a post that I got on my neighborhood. I would recommend Bishops for any plumbing, heating or cooling problem and especially their technician, Jeff.

Excellent custom service and very prompt response. The technicians were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly to my family and myself. Cost was very competitive and they definately went the extra mile. Would recommend for all your HVAC needs!
