Katie has been a long time friend of my. So when my husband and I were ready to sell our house and buy a new one we knew we would go with Katie. She not only was my friend, but her knowledge in real estate in our rural area is phenomenal! She was patient with us and was very attentive to all of our questions and needs. Katie is AMAZING!!! She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I have been working with her since 2018. We are very picky when it comes to what we want and Katie never once complained or was negative about how long it took us to find what we were looking for. Her communication is phenomenal, as is her knowledge for the area, real estate in general and negotiating. As our agent, she stood by us; whatever we decided to do. She would counsel us, offer her words of advice and encouragement, but ultimately she would listen to us and fulfill our wants and needs. I cannot say enough good about Katie! You will absolutely not be disappointed if you use her. Not only did she help us find our new home, she helped us sell our old home. Working with her as our buying agent as well as our selling agent, I can attest that she had our best interest at heart. She has a wonderful system down, to keep everyone on schedule! I’m blown away at her ability to work so well with so many!! She is the best of the best!!
